Can't install Donut Mod 3

So I downloaded the Donut Mod 3 file and extracted it. Afterwards it gave me a file named "Donut Mod.lmlm". I do not know what to do with this file so could someone please help? It would be greatly appreciated.

Place Donut Mod.lmlm inside the mod launcher's "Mods" folder. If you haven't downloaded the launcher, you can find it here.
