In the disc version of Simpsons Hit and Run, you can make the levels much more difficult. You will need the Hover Bike and possibly cheats to unlock it. Afterwards you can take the following optional routes in the mission to make it just BARELY possible.
Petty Theft Homer: Find the first two items as normal and after collecting the Cooler from Barney, drive past the bridge and go all the way around to find the rest of the items. Hard but possible, even with mistakes. (Use shortcuts)
Office Spaced: Summon the required vehicle and then swap to the Hover Bike. Again, you must cross the bridge to get to the destination the long way, with a fast vehicle you can barely make the time limit, but you must take every shortcut to make it. I personally made it with 1 second left. Destroying Smithers' car is hard with the bike, but easier than the first part of the mission.
Nerd Race Queen: Get the comic and instead of turning around and heading back to the comic store, take the forward route and go the long way. Even with the forced vehicle you have to use, a good driver can make it with 1-3 seconds left.
These missions are for experts and if you think you're pretty good at the game, give these other methods a try for a challenge. I tested them all for hours and they are all possible, but you have to become familiar with going through the level the unintended way. Turn off other assistants such as the navigation tools and waypoints for an even greater challenge in your missions.
