Okay, so...

First of all,
CAPS LOCK IS NOT VERY NICE TO LOOK AT

Other than that I will give you the benefit of the doubt.
The mod isn't amazing but it is a massive step up from the last one.
And the features you have implemented aren't used often so there's some originality going into it.

Mission 2 confuses me a little. If the kids have been kidnapped from the school then why do you have to drive to the school in order to basically kidnap them?

I do think that slowly you are getting there and your mods are improving a lot.

Could you please rewrite this post to not be in all caps? It's incredibly spammy, you've already done it once before, and another Community Manager already explained to you that you shouldn't do it.
