Whenever importing an .obj file (because I use blender 2.80), it takes like 20 seconds to do this weird thing where the current thing open "de compiles", turns black, then compiles itself again with the new file. I have good hardware btw, dedicated graphics (AMD Radeon M3790X I think, something in my macbook pro mid 2015) 2.8 GHz i7 and 16 GB of RAM. I have no idea why it is doing this.
Borb You should probably be using version 4.2.2 of the P3D Editor, there's an issue with pasting chunks in 4.2.1 that can slow down the application significantly. That may or may not be the issue you&
You should probably be using version 4.2.2 of the P3D Editor, there's an issue with pasting chunks in 4.2.1 that can slow down the application significantly. That may or may not be the issue you've encountered, but you're better off using 4.2.2 regardless.
