Which launcher are you using? The default Mod Launcher, or the Multiplayer Launcher?
Are you using a VPN or proxy at all? Either one that

Which launcher are you using? The default Mod Launcher, or the Multiplayer Launcher?
Are you using a VPN or proxy at all? Either one that affects your browser only (such as an extension or browser-specific proxy), or your entire system? Please specify which if so.
Did you use the same computer you're trying to run the launcher on to browse the forum?
