Koopa The tool you'll need to import into a map into the game is Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Map Builder, which isn't yet ready for public release. This comes much later in the process, tho
The tool you'll need to import into a map into the game is Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Map Builder, which isn't yet ready for public release. This comes much later in the process, though, as first you have to design the map, and then model and texture it (to simplify things). As a whole, it is not for the faint of heart, and requires a good understanding of using 3D modeling software like Blender or Sketchup, as Pikachu mentioned.
