Changing vehicle stats

So I wanted to mess with vehicle stats on the game and there is no help on the internet.

How to change vehicle stats

scripts/cars - in here there should be a bunch of .con files and a few folders with con files inside them. Select one you want to edit, make a backup of it, then edit as you wish. You pretty much have to experiment by, say, making edits to the Duff Truck, calling it in the game, trying it out, then making more edits, call the car again, until the car is as you like. That's really it.
