Hi Bill,

If my understanding of the cutscene format is correct, there's different audio tracks for the different languages, so when the videos are exported, the only have the English track. I can take a look at adding Cutscene support to the International Support mod.

I think I've got this working, can you send me a mod that you ran into the silent cutscenes with? I'd like to run some testing before releasing it.
