Adds CJ and the Greenwood into the game.
Haven't done a custom character in a while. It sits high in vehicles. Thanks maz for the help though. Still couldn't get it to work properly. I will fix it in time. I modified the greenwood vehicle so he sits properly in it, but other vehicles he will be sat up high lol.

I also played around with the conversation voice lines in level 1 mission 1.
