Futurama's "Obsoletely Fabulous" has a fatal flaw

Bender was jealous of Robot 1X because he thought the Professor bought him to replace him... But most of the jobs Robot 1X did while under Planet Express's employ were Scruffy's jobs.

Bender is the crew's Chef and Assistant Manager of Sales.

Scruffy is in charge of maintenance and janitorial duties.

So in actuality Robot 1X replaced Scruffy, not Bender.

Add to the fact that Bender hates being helpful, and this means that Bender was never jealous of Robot 1X replacing him in the crew. He was jealous of Robot 1X getting all the attention, which is the same as his behaviour at Nibbler's Birthday...

So maybe I just disproved myself in saying this episode has a fatal flaw.

But it did seem as though Bender's actions were based on Robot 1X replacing his role in the crew, instead of just being the centre of attention... I dunno, what do you guys think?

Number 9 talks about how being at close range to the Dark One renders their "crazy caps" useless... Yet they were literally in the cavern next to the Honeybun Hideout, where the Dark One had just killed Freeda.
