Camera zooms in too much on custom car mod.

I've taken the Atomic Megabus from Roadrage Returns and I'm trying to make it into a custom car mod. The only problem is while driving the camera zooms in uncontrollably. Its only playable with bumpercam. I've tried changing the follow camera settings in the p.3d file but it changes nothing.
If I upload the decompiled (And currently unfinished) mod here could someone look at it and find out what causes this?

I forget how this all works, but I know custom car support should be utilized if it isn't already. Then there are camera chunks in the P3D.

Someone might be able to assist further, but I hope this helps a little bit at the very least.
