Omega The best starter car is quite obviously the Malibu Stacy Car. To be honest, thats a Level 4+ car as a Level 3 starter car and outside of destruction missions it's the best car until Level 5. the

My personal favourite has to be the Honor Roller tho I don't think theres any reason to hate that car, it's decently fast and has excellent handling. I also like the Canyonero as it's well rounded to be a destruction oriented car.
