Yeah, to answer your question, I have done a full restart of everything, and it stayed the same, unfortunately.
I will try to do it again though just to see if my luck changes.

That verifier run still has the launcher in the game directory, but as mentioned prior it's not the worst

Honestly, without the screenshot of OneDrive failing to sync, I would've never even considered it - even with the install path being included in the Verifier log I looked at twice. Glad it's now working for you :D
