How to swap music in levels.

does it automatically run the customfiles without defining it in the CustomFiles.ini? Because in order to load all my missions, I had to define it for all my missions. Did I have to?

You shouldn't have to do any of that. Basically, CustomFiles loads files in it's directory in place of the vanilla game's files. If it fails to find a file in the CustomFiles\ directory, then it just loads whatever the vanilla game has. This also applies to content inside RCF files.

If you need to use CustomFiles.ini to load custom missions, then that probably means you don't have your CustomFiles directory set up properly.
