Hello Donut Team, how can I get my Token, to be able to play The Simpsons Hit & Run Multiplayer?

I've downloaded all Donut Mods and run them through Lucas Mod Launcher. Gameplay is there, all the changes, however theres no one to to talk to to start a mission in none of the levels , also no wasp cameras at all. Is it perhaps a setting or something i can change? Has anyone else experienced this?
