Mod that add more characters on map?

Could anyone make interiors for this background house? One on the lower floor after entering through the front door and one on the upper floor after entering through the windows. It’s also supposed to be Sideshow Bob’s house.

I recently have found out that the Road Rage Returns music has been removed. Did anyone get a backup of it before it got removed? I would appreciate it very much.

Hi I have some tips. The roof of the cars shouldn't be transparent. The concrete mixer truck can be driven. Minor modifications should be included in the mod launcher so that you don't have to download them separately. There should be more than only 7 cars on a track.
