Well, that's a lot of characters

The game crashed, but it was a funny amount of characters on screen.

So are all they characters playable at once? Also I can see a custom map in the background.

Also some other speculation I can see the word Grand in your list of mods which I would assume the name is a parody of Grand Theft Auto and possibly a second side project for Donut Team or (more likley) just test stuff. Also I can't make out whats under the red but it seems he's covering the name of the mod so they might be working on something big here.

They're all NPCs.
