Game won't load after launcher

So I've installed SHAR and have the disc in, and after the game launcher, the game doesn't load. my mouse will blink and then nothing happens. I'm running in compatibility mode with Windows XP Service pack 3. After a little while of waiting a message pops up asking if the game had loaded correctly,

Hi, I'm new to the community and I need help trying to get different blend modes used for the model, but somehow the game is ignoring additive and subtractive alpha and using the normal blend mode instead. What do I have to do to make the game load the character models with additive alpha according

Hello everyone, i have lucasmod launcher because otherwise SHAR will not boot on my windows 10 PC. Everything is fine except to move the on foot character camera is extremely slow. anyone know a fix? Many thanks, Brendan

The Cutting Room Floor states that this plays in Level 1 outside of the tunnel on level 1, but is buggy. Why is it only in Level 1 in the prototype? Does it also play in Level 7, as in the final game. If it's buggy, why is it in Level 7 in the final game?

Good day! The problem for Jimmy Gibbs Jr. Mod. on the car wrong is headlights (headlights and brake lights inside the car). in p3d editor I moved the skeleton marked in the screenshot the values (hll, hlr, etc.) but nothing changed, lights still inside the car. (AUGH, I ask too many questions) I was looking inside SHAR's files (and the dialog.spt file that is found in one of the RCF files) and the Donut Mod's LMLM file with a HEX editor, and I still don't understand how the dialog system works (but I do understand the animations during the conversations).

I installed TSHR on 4 of june 2016 and started playing and noticed that there was thing missing from when i played it on ps2 most notably the cutscenes don't play at all If anyone can help fix the cutscenes I'd be grateful
