I can't start missions on certain mods

Sometimes when I play a mod and talk to one of the people to start a mission. They just stand there and I can't start the mission. How do I stop this from happening?

Hey, I haven't posted anything here for awhile, and I have a question. Would it be possible to fix the frame rate related problems (slow camera, weird car physics) for people that use higher refresh rate monitors? I would just like a yes / no answer to if that's possible

so i'm trying to make "boy2" and "rednk1" talk to start the bonus mission, but i don't know how to do it, i made them character codes. boy2=Character_code rednk1=Character_code i made them dialogue folders. i made the conversations folder. i made the new voice lines for them, (16-Bit WAV 24000 sampl

Taxi and Ambulance

You know, those two civilian vehicles - Taxi in Level 2 and Ambulance in Level 5 - could have their side missions as you drive them. Taxi collects and drops off fares to their destinations, and Ambulance picks up and takes patients to the hospital. Works exactly the same way as in the 3D Grand Theft

for some reason, even without mods the audio in the cut-scenes aren't working or happening? I'm not sure if it's a simple fix or not, can anyone help? does anyone know why this could be happening?

When i was editing the .con files i found in gramR_v.con this // Gramps WWII Jeep (w/V1 rocket baby!) and in otto_v.con // Otto School Bus (cooool dude!) skinn_v.con // Skinner's Sedan // ("DRIVE Seymour!") it sounds like the person who made it was high.

How to stop an AI car from slowing down when the player falls behind in a race?

For example, it seems that in The Fat and The Furious if the player falls behind, Smithers slows down a bit to give the player a better chance of catching up. How does that work, and is there a way to disable it? I'm unsure if it has anything to do with SetStageAIRaceCatchupParams or not.
