Hey guys when I tried to use the Meta.ini to create the metadata file but everytime that I put it on it won't tell the file to the mod launcher about my mod what am I doing wrong?

Whenever i try to launch the game it comes up with an error (Failed to prepare to launch the game. Failed to detect game version. Invalid DOS signature.) and i dont know how to fix it any help would be much appreciated
