is there anyway to edit the reverse speed of the car? i was porting a big rigs car to hit and run and i thought it would be funny to include the big meme of the reverse speed having no cap.

I was going to make some sound mod and I wanted to use the .rcf's. But, when I tried to launch it. I had an error and the .exe disappeared. The .rar was empty, I downloaded the .rar again and the .exe still didn't appear... Any way of fixing this?

Hi, Was wondering how do you remove cars from the phone booths, i want to limit the amount of cars in it. For example i no longer want the family sedan to be an option, how do i do this , is it an occluded in your meta.ini? if so please can someone give me a quick tut on how to do it. - thanks
