How to drive misc vehicles in the Bonus Game?

I probably might be wrong on this question, but is there a way to use the other vehicles (secret, unplayable, civilian and deleted) in the Bonus Game, the same way as in the main adventure? The CPU opponents in the Bonus Game can sometimes be seen driving them...but why not the player too? It seems

It's also like another test car next to the redbrick, except that it's the only deleted vehicle that wasn't even included in the All Bonus Cars cheat code to select and drive. I've seen the car was restored in Donut Mod 2 and 3, but that the doors aren't openable and its shadow isn't exactly perfect

Should there be a non-main mod/add-on for SHAR that removes the closed-off shortcuts and car wrecks in Level 2's Matlock Expressway area? I've seen Donut Mod 4 had them cleared too, but in during certain missions. And I'm also wondering if it would be compatible for Colou's Fully Connected Map, sinc
