is there an animation fix to make the character spin the steering wheel in the car without using the mod launcher?

there is an option in the mod launcher "bug fix" and corrects it so that the character turns the steering wheel. is there a mod or can someone do it, fix it without using the mod launcher? edit: I don't know if that is the option that adds that

I've been playing the Randomiser mod, but when I got to Level 3, the game would crash whenever I got near a street lamp. By unlocking all missions, I saw that even Level 4 onward has this issue. Input Lag when Anti-Aliasing Enabled in Mod Launcher?

When I play the game, I get input lag with the buttons, and the mouse lags behind where I move it, and the game's framerate slows down, but only when I have anti-aliasing turned on in the launcher. Is there some way I could fix this? Or is it an issue with my computer? With AA turned off, it works f
