Question about race countdowns

Is it possible to change the race countdown in, say for example, race two of level two. I've told the game to ignore lines of the text countdown and the message index, but it doesn't stop the sound clip from playing. So is it possible to stop the sound clip of the countdown to play before the race?

Hi there, Whenever I type a comma to specify decimal places at the Skeleton Joint Editor, nothing happens and Windows makes an error sound. However, if I put the comma on my clipboard and then paste it with CTRL + V it works. I'm using Version 4.4 and also tried out 4.1.1.
