Anyone got a Level 1 w/ Burns Mansion mod?

Please if someone's interested, make a mod/hack so the Nuclear Waste attached to the following cars: Hover Car (L7M3), any car selected (L7M5), Bandit (L7M6), and WWII Vehicle w/Rocket (L7M7) can only be destroyed by the spaceship's Tractor Beam.
