If you replaced game files, your best bet is reinstalling it.
It's a bad idea to modify or replace the game's files. Our docs have a page dedicated to creating mods if you'd like to add custom content to your game.

Aw crap, I was hoping it wasn't going to come to that. Just glad that I still have a zip of the game on my system just in case I did something like this.
Oh man, Gonna try this.

Anyway, may I ask if Level 7 has Rich Side of Level 1 area full of surviving humans (military & poor people, if I recalled correctly I saw one somewhere in here & YouTube, but somehow can't find it anymore)?

The "rich side" is present, yes.
It isn't a military occupation or whatever, but it is there.

Ran into a little bug while playing just now.

After completing level 4 mission 2 I ran across the street from the gas station that you end the mission at and did the Nelson race that is right there. After winning the race the downtown map was unloaded besides the monorail vehicle and some traffic on where the road would normally be leading to downtown (at least that is all that I saw was loaded before I fixed the glitch by using mission select). When I drove into the void I just kept going straight instead of going up the incline that in normally there, so the traffic was actually above me driving where the road is normally.

Hope this is helpful in some way. :)
So, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the game, booted up the mod again and I'm STILL having the problems I've mentioned previously even though the original game files should be back to their untampered versions. Now, it did auto-load a save from the mod made prior to uninstalling so unless getting rid of that and starting from a new game is the solution, I have no idea why this keeps happening.
@ZakBax There's two possible locations where you can install mods. One is the Mods folder where you have the mod launcher installed, and the other is in "\Documents\My Games\Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher\Mods"

Make sure you've deleted the mod from both places and verify its gone by hitting "Reload" in the mod launcher and making sure it disappears before downloading the latest version. Also, if you've reinstalled the game, make sure the Mod Launcher is pointing at simpsons.exe of the freshly installed game directory. You can check this by going to "Open -> Launcher Settings -> Game" and checking the Executable Path. There's nothing wrong with installing this mod on a fresh install as I have done this regularly as have many others, so the issue will be something like this especially since you've decompiled it and modified files.
@Seto997 This seems to be fixed now. Can you check the latest version? I couldn't replicate this.

this wasp doesnt seem to be fixed by the latest update
@Zeewi Thanks! A bunch of wasp stuff was broken and using the wrong levels behaviors. Fixed in 1.2.3
