Is there any way to import/burn the Hit and Run mods onto the GameCube version?

I've been playing the Randomiser mod, but when I got to Level 3, the game would crash whenever I got near a street lamp. By unlocking all missions, I saw that even Level 4 onward has this issue. Here's an example: Outside of this mod, this doesn't happen. Is there maybe something I have to enable/di

Hi! I have downloaded Lucas' Simpsons Hit And Run Mod launcher but can't seem to use it because I use an emulator instead of an exe file to play my Simpsons Hit And Run. I am wondering if there is a way around this is there a solution to this? I really love the mods and I would love to play them!
