Why I can't setup any mouse button in controls, but they should be there by default?

Does anyone help me make a much better HUD Icon and extract it to the game?

I've attached a prop to the "apu_m" model. If I'm playing as him, or if he's in the Kwik-E-Mart, it doesn't show up. However, the prop is visible in the costume shop as well as when he's an NPC. He's costume models work just fine with the prop. Anyone else found similar problems?
