Does anybody know what caused this oddity?

4 years ago I was playing my PS2 copy of SHAR in level 2. I was near the tunnel when a taxi spawned with it's headlights on. Soon every second Taxi in level 2 spawned like this. I assume 2 taxis are spawned in the level at any given time so that's why sometimes they appeared without headlights on. I

I believe a few suggestions on what mods to add to the game could make it more enjoyable. Such as missions and levels based on episodes of the show, or new interiors and/or buildings, new cars, and characters. I've been playing with the game's car handling files for a realistic handling mod idea I had, and I've learned a few things. 1. DO NOT SET VEHICLE MASS TO 0.0, it crashes the game when you attempt to interact with it. 2. if you set a vehicle above a certain mass it will phase through solid objects.
