If I have an idea for a mod, can I team up with developers and I could assume the role as a producer? I'd do concept art and that sort of thing, while the others program the vehicles, characters, world, etc.

I'm not sure if they use a typical image format but I can't seem to find them in SHAR's folder in x86. What file are they in and what format do the textures use?
