How can I put the Multi-meme in the Multiplayer? Because when I put it in the Multiplayer Mods it doesn't work and I get the normal Simpsons Hit & Run. Does anyone explain me how I do it?

I've been playing the Randomiser mod, but when I got to Level 3, the game would crash whenever I got near a street lamp. By unlocking all missions, I saw that even Level 4 onward has this issue.
