Mod launcher not working

Hey. i just started using the Lucas mod launcher and downloaded some mods. it was working for a while, but now when i try to launch the game nothing will happen. i tried changing the mod i was opening but nothing is happening. Could someone help me?

I can't play some mods
I'm from Argentina and i have the game installed in spanish and i can't play storm over springfield and cops mod. This is the problem:I start a dialoge and both characters are in silence without moving and i can't skip it Please somebody help me.

Hi! I have downloaded Lucas' Simpsons Hit And Run Mod launcher but can't seem to use it because I use an emulator instead of an exe file to play my Simpsons Hit And Run. I am wondering if there is a way around this is there a solution to this? I really love the mods and I would love to play them!

How to change costumes for Bart?
