Where is the programming for whether hitting/destroying something does or doesn't make the H&R meter bigger? For example there's 3 instances where hitting/destroying something doesn't make the H&R meter bigger 1) The Krusty Glass whether you're inside a mission or not 2) When you're inside missions

So I am trying to add more voices to my (Simpsons hit & Run, F-Zero mod (yes a silly idea) but I got a question how do I add more voices or do I need to replace the current ones in order for them to work? I did this. homer/P_HitByW_homer_04.rsd I have it like this worked fine when I replaced it. cha

Is there a way to limit the visual suspension of a car?

Like the visual aspect of the suspension rather than how it actually reacts to bumps and stuff,some of my cars require high suspension limit values,but this results in wheel clipping problems.

Running into assertion errors in the Phonebooth when adding too many vehicles

I realize there is a limit of 60 car health values to the save file. This error is happening as soon as I add the 61st car, which is expected. Using the Custom Shop Support hack should circumvent this I assume, however, I am struggling to get this to work. I can add the vehicles to a Phonebooth, but

Allow R/C Buggy Bumper Cam

Allows using the Bumper Cam view whilst driving the R/C Buggy (dune_v) vehicle, normally not possible. Requires at least version 1.24 of the mod launcher. Is compatible with the Demo game release. Is decompilable. History 1.0 (21st May 2023) Initial release. DOWNLOAD

Hi! I'm trying to port a mod from pc to the ps2 version. I'm using the RCF Builder to update the files in ART.RCF, But the tool simply doesn't work. I open the EXE and immediately, boom: "No inputs specified. Press any key to continue . . .". And then it closes... does anyone know how to fix this? o
